    • Commitment to participatory, justice-oriented practice

    • Interest in collaborative, experimental work

    • Willingness to contribute knowledge and occasionally co-create workshops, resources, or programs

    • Credit and visibility as part of the Lab's network

    • Opportunities to collaborate on projects and workshops
