    • Deep expertise in areas that complement futures thinking (evaluation, design, community engagement, organizational change, technology, accessibility, specific museum disciplines, etc.)

    • Commitment to participatory, justice-oriented practice

    • Interest in collaborative, experimental work

    • Willingness to contribute knowledge and occasionally co-create workshops, resources, or programs

    • Credit and visibility as part of the Lab's network

    • Opportunities to collaborate on projects and workshops

    • Connection to a community of futures-minded practitioners
